Each Mama Goose item is made especially for you when you place your order. Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes, or incorrect colors.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
